Theory: I’m a size 0 in dresses, tops, and blazers (runs big), but 4 in pants (normal fit). I find tops and dresses way easier to shop for. I basically live in stretchy jeans and leggings. In a lot of brands, pants are difficult to buy because they’ll fit in the hips but be way too big everywhere else, or vice versa. Some brands which people talk about running big, such as Banana Republic, I often have to size up in bottoms because the pants seem to be designed for people with narrower hips.
